I Think I May Have Sleep Apnea!

I can’t wear a CPAP!

The thought of being hooked up to a machine every night just doesn’t work for me.

I’ve heard people say that a CPAP helped them, but no matter how hard I try, I just can’t get used to wearing it. I find myself adjusting it throughout the night, and I don’t think my sleep is any better when I’m wearing it.

I also travel from time to time. Do I really have to pack up this machine and take it with me everywhere I go? That doesn’t seem convenient.

I don’t know of any other options if I can’t get used to this.

Am I just out of luck?
